Free UK Mainland Delivery

Each BoxGioia delivered by Royal Mail 48 hours tracked delivery. You’ll receive a text message from Royal Mail to the number you provide at checkout when your Box is on its way (we request that you give the recipients UK mobile number rather than your own, we won't tell them what's coming, just that a delivery is due.) The text gives tracking information, delivery slot, plus options to reschedule or leave in a safe place.

Your BoxGioia will be delivered Monday – Friday and will arrive within 2-5 working days of ordering. The Royal Mail are under great pressure at the moment and some special days might be running with delays.

You need something urgent?

If you need your box to arrive on a specific date, at the weekend or you need it ASAP, email us at support@boxgioia.com  before you place your order, and we’ll do what we can to help.

International shipping

We are selling only within the UK territory at the moment. However, it is work in progress to open our borders to different EU countries soon. Stay tuned!

 

Returns and exchanges

We are sorry to hear that you want to return your box! Given that all of our boxes individually curated and hand-picked we are not able to accept returns once orders have been placed.

If any of the items you received is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible by providing us with a picture of the damage by email to support@boxgioia.com. We will gladly replace it for free!
