What You Need to Know
BoxGioia is a wellbeing and home accessories subscription service sending themed curated accessories to your doorstep.
What's inside of each box?
In your monthly box, you will find 3 to 7 wellbeing goods and home accessory items. You can expect a mix of decorative items, vases, ornaments, clocks, candle holders, picture frames, trinket boxes, book ends, cushion covers, candles, and decorations to name a few. Also, you might receive functional beloved pieces such as mugs, flutes, plates etc. On the wellbeing side, you will receive some motivational cards, books, journal, reminders and guides. We deliver you a wide range of brands including small local shops from all over the world.
How much does it cost?
We offer different options for our subscription boxes.
When will I receive my subscription box?
Boxes will be received between 5th to 15th of every month depending on the location.
How do renewals work?
When you subscribe, you will be charged immediately for the subscription model you have chosen. Once your subscription cycle is over, you will be re-billed for the same cycle on the 30th of the month unless you switch to a different plan or cancel your subscription.
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Yes! You can treat your friends, family and colleagues by subscribing to 1, 3 or 12 months subscription packages.
Can I return my box?
We are sorry to hear that you want to return your box! Given that all of our boxes individually curated and hand-picked we are not able to accept returns once orders have been placed, or auto renewals have been processed. Please note cancellations are for future boxes only, and not for the boxes already paid for.
There is a problem with my box!
We are really sorry to hear that. If any of the items you received is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible by providing us with a picture of the damage by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly replace it for free!
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription when your first subscription period has finished.
If you don’t want your subscription to be renewed, please email us to email@example.com, and we will do it for you.
Do you deliver worldwide?
We are selling only within the UK territory at the moment. However, it is work in progress to open our borders to different EU countries soon. Stay tuned!
Can I purchase more items from my box?
We are sourcing all the items uniquely and curate individually, however sometimes we might have some spare ones. Worth to check with Joy, our CMO, feel free to email her and see what she can do for you firstname.lastname@example.org
How does your referral program work?
In My Account section, you will find a Referral Link to send to your friends. Whenever your referral completes a purchase through your link, you will receive a DISCOUNT CODE to your email, that you will be able to use anytime for a 10% off your single-box or a new subscription!
If you bring multiple friends, your discounts won’t be accumulative on the same purchase, but you will be able to use them for different single-box purchases or you can give them to your friends – they’ll be more than happy!
